1. The Purity & Identity Guarantee

We warrant that every SARM, nootropic, and research compound provided by Chemyo USA has been synthesized to a purity level of no less than 99%, as verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Furthermore, we guarantee the molecular identity of each batch through Mass Spectrometry (MS) analysis.

If a research facility finds a discrepancy between the product received, whether a SARM solution or raw powder, and the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA), we provide a full replacement guarantee. To invoke this, the researcher must provide analytical data (HPLC/MS) from a qualified third-party laboratory demonstrating that the compound does not meet the specified purity or molecular weight.

2. Stability & Structural Integrity

All Chemyo USA powders are delivered in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state and vacuum-sealed to prevent oxidative degradation and maintain structural stability during transit. We guarantee that our products are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of standard shipping.

Upon receipt, this warranty remains valid provided the compounds are stored according to our recommended protocols:

3. Shipping & Delivery Warranty

We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of your research materials. Our shipping warranty covers:

  • Loss in Transit: If your order is lost during the shipping process, we will provide a one-time reshipment at no additional cost.

  • Physical Damage: If the glass vials or vacuum seals are compromised upon arrival, please provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt replacement.

4. Limitation of Warranty (Research Use Only)

This warranty applies exclusively to the chemical composition and purity of the product. Because these compounds are intended strictly for Laboratory Research Use Only, Chemyo USA provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the biological effects, experimental outcomes, or the suitability of the compound for any specific research protocol.

The warranty is voided under the following conditions:

  • Reconstitution: Once a raw powder has been reconstituted or mixed with a solvent (such as PEG-400 or DMSO), the molecular integrity is no longer under our control, and the warranty expires.

  • Improper Storage: Failure to store the compounds in a temperature-controlled, dark environment as specified.

  • Non-Laboratory Use: Any use of the product outside of a controlled laboratory environment, including human or veterinary consumption, is strictly prohibited and voids all claims.
